1 General Introduction & Acceptance

2.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person or household is strictly prohibited. If such a violation is detected, all associated accounts will be suspended or terminated and any earned bonuses will be forfeited.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
It is mandatory to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information will be considered a breach of these Terms.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. xbaij will not be liable for any unauthorized use of your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify the support team immediately.
3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
The following policies apply to all users for financial transactions on xbaij.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
xbaij offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has specific terms that must be followed.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount. This calculation applies only to the bonus amount, not the combined total of deposit and bonus.
4.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per account.
- If the bonus is not used within the specified period, it will expire.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
- If misuse or fraudulent use of a bonus is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
4.4 Other Promotional Offers

5 VIP Program
The xbaij VIP program has five tiers. Each tier offers weekly cashback and special benefits.
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
You can advance to higher tiers based on regular active participation. VIP benefits are subject to their respective terms, and xbaij reserves the right to modify these benefits at any time.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
The following general rules always apply when betting and playing games on xbaij.
6.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets are considered final once confirmed. Bets that are incomplete due to a technical error or network issue may be cancelled, and the relevant amount will be returned to your balance.
6.2 Erroneous Bets & Technical Errors
xbaij reserves the right to cancel any bet where clearly incorrect odds or payouts were displayed. Any winnings resulting from a technical error will be considered void.
6.3 Responsible Gaming

6.4 Fraud & Cheating
Any form of fraud, collusion, bot usage, or system manipulation is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and all funds will be forfeited.

xbaij reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances.
- Violation of any clause of these Terms
- Providing false or misleading information
- Operating multiple accounts
- Bonus misuse or fraudulent claims
- Assisting or participating in illegal activities
- Registering as a minor
- Financial irregularities or attempts at money laundering
7.1 Account Closure at User Request
A user may request to close their account at any time. Any pending bets or withdrawals will be settled before the request is processed.

11.3 Entire Agreement
